With the viewing distance range of 292.5mm~630.5mm, optimum viewing distance of 403.5 mm, and the capability of detecting joint cap as small as 1mm, the IL-PF400 Laser Vision Welding Seam Tracking Sensor can ensure that the weld bead is precisely deposited in the joint by shifting the robot or machine program path.
