With the viewing distance range of 75mm~127mm, optimum viewing distance of 95 mm, and the capability of detecting joint gap as small as 0.3mm, the IL-ST090 Laser Vision Welding Seam Tracking & Finding Sensor is designed to operate on any joint preparation ranging from sheet metal (≥1mm) to heavy plate complex grooves, performing better in interference reduction.
The standard system is composed of a laser sensor and software.
